ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using the Vosarion website, contacting Vosarion, or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to any project-specific agreement that applies to your work with us.

SERVICES

Vosarion provides custom digital services including website design and development, AI automation, AI customer and lead response systems, AI appointment and receptionist systems, workflow automation, CRM and API integrations, connected business systems, and ongoing support. Exact scope, features, pricing, and deliverables vary by project.

PROJECT SCOPE & PRICING

Any website prices or ranges shown by Vosarion are starting points only. Final pricing depends on the agreed project scope, complexity, integrations, customization, technical requirements, and delivery timeline. The confirmed proposal or service agreement defines the final deliverables.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, access credentials, approvals, and other materials reasonably required to complete a project. Delays in providing these materials may affect project timelines.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Projects may connect with third-party services, APIs, hosting providers, scheduling platforms, AI providers, communication services, or other software. Their availability, pricing, policies, changes, and performance are outside Vosarion’s direct control.

AI & AUTOMATION

AI-powered and automated systems can assist with business processes, but they may require monitoring and refinement. Vosarion does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or perfect outputs in every circumstance.

PAYMENTS

Payment requirements, deposits, milestones, subscriptions, and recurring management costs will be communicated in the applicable proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

REVISIONS & PROJECT CHANGES

Requests that materially extend beyond the agreed scope may require additional pricing, a revised timeline, or a new agreement before work continues.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Upon full payment, clients receive the rights to the completed custom deliverables described in their agreement. Vosarion retains ownership of its reusable systems, processes, templates, methods, tools, and pre-existing intellectual property.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vosarion is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or third-party losses, including outages, platform changes, or issues outside Vosarion’s reasonable control.

CHANGES TO TERMS

Vosarion may update these Terms & Conditions as its services evolve. Continued use of the website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
